While Nameer Davis and Barbara Penrose make every endeavour to ensure the safety of participants, no responsibility will be taken for any theft, loss or injury that may occur while on the property or driving to and from the workshop. Please be aware that this is a bushland setting and we request for your own health and safety that you follow these guidelines:
- Closed footwear is strictly compulsory
- Be aware of the posibility of snakes, stinging plants and insects
- Watch your footing, this workshop is on a bushland site and the ground is uneven
- Every drop of water is precious so please conserve
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
We cannot reserve your space until full payment is received. If you need to cancel you may do so up to a month prior to the workshop and a full refund will be given. However, if you need to cancel within a month of the workshop, a 50% fee will be charged, unless we (or you) can find a replacement in which case a full refund will be given.
If a participant chooses to vacate or cancel their participation prior to the end of the workshop they do so of their own free will and no refund will be offered.
Payment details will be made available to you when you contact us for your place in the workshop.
If by chance our classes do not meet minimum numbers, the workshop will be cancelled and a full refund or voucher for a future workshop will be issued. Bookings will be closed one week prior to the workshop.
LIABILITY STATEMENT
Agreeing to participate in the workshop, the participant hereby assumes all risks and dangers and all reponsibility for any losses and or damages. Participants in paying the workshop fees confirm they have read this waiver and release Nameer Davis and Barbara Penrose from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death caused by negligence or any other cause to the maximum extent permitted by law. Participants by paying the fees confirm they fully understand the terms of this release and waiver.
